Mr. Keim represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestiture, investment and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, complex joint venture/commercial contracts, and company representation and governance matters. His clients include public and privately held, private equity, and family-owned companies in the following industries: healthcare and life sciences/medical devices, consumer products/food and beverage, technology, industrials, automotive, retail, gaming, and hospitality.
