(NASDAQ: NTGR) to its Board of Directors, effective April 3, 2023.

She has been appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board, effective April 3, 2023, and is an Audit Committee Financial Expert as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange.
