Railfield Partners Jon Siegel and Todd Watkins Speaking at High-Profile Multifamily Industry Conferences

Jon Siegel, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer and Todd Watkins, Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel of Railfield Partners – a multifamily investment and asset management firm – will each be speaking at multifamily industry conferences this week.

They are presenting at the following:

IMN’s Middle-Market Multifamily Forum (Southwest): Jon Siegel will be a featured speaker and participant at the Middle-Market Multifamily Forum’s Shark Tank presentation, taking place March 20-21 in Dallas, Texas. The forum is designed for owners, developers and management groups who operate small and mid-sized multifamily properties. It delivers an unparalleled combination of cutting-edge content and strong business development opportunities.

Marcus & Millichap / IPA Multifamily Forum: Southeast: Todd Watkins will participate in the Multifamily Operators Roundtable on March 23 in Atlanta. The conference is designed for property owners, investors, and developers. This off-the-record candid discussion with senior level multifamily operations executives will touch upon today’s roadblocks in the real estate capital markets due to increased interest rates, the impact of a possible recession, and major forces impacting the industry.  Other panelists include Justin Marshall, Chief Operating Officer, Fogelman Management Group; Jennifer O’Brien, Director,  Real Estate, FCA Partners; Matt Petrillo, Managing Director, Blackfin Real Estate Investors; and Jonathan Tucker, Executive Vice President, Cortland.

Siegel has 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in strategy, acquisitions, and financing while Watkins has 25 years of experience specializing in the law, compliance, and deal structuring aspect of the multifamily industry. Both previously were founding partners of J.S. Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients on over $25 billion of multifamily transactions, and held senior level positions within Fannie Mae.

In addition to participating in the IMN Multifamily Forum and the Multifamily Forum Southeast, Siegel will also be speaking at the Bisnow Austin Multifamily Conference in April.
