Transwestern Real Estate Services Promotes Heather Nevin To Regional COO

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotion of Heather Nevin to Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Nevin collaborates with senior leadership to create and drive the region’s strategic vision initiatives, meet organizational objectives, and manage regional operations and business lines.

“Heather is a proven leader with broad expertise in people and organizational management,” said Phil McCarthy, Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Executive Managing Co-Director. “Her strong analytical capabilities and business planning skills will help us optimize our regional operations platform, execute our business expansion strategies and deliver service excellence to our clients and partners.”

Nevin previously served as Executive Vice President of Asset Services, overseeing and leading the service line for the Mid-Atlantic region. She was also instrumental in facilitating the acquisitions of MGA and WLS Realty. Before joining Transwestern in 2017, Nevinwas Gensler’s regional leader for technology, a management consultant at McKinsey and a tax attorney at Covington & Burling.

Nevin holds a degree in interior design from New York’s Parsons School of Design, a Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Williams College. She is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association and a LEED Accredited Professional.
