Jazmin Walle
During her senior year at La Salle University, finance major Jazmin Walle set her sights on a career at the same place her father once worked: T. Rowe Price. But while she followed in her father’s footsteps to get there, the path she paved upon arrival was all her own.
In 2021, Walle secured a career-making internship within the global investment management firm’s U.S. Intermediaries (USI) Department at its Baltimore headquarters.
“The internship was very intentional and structured — and definitely contributed to where I am now,” Walle said. “We gained exposure to all of the different parts of USI, were involved in day-to-day department meetings, delivered presentations every week to elevate our skills and did project work that mirrored what real industry professionals do.”
