Sweetbay Capital acquired the 41-unit portfolio on February 10, 2023, from C and D Associates, LLP for $3,350,000. Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller in the marketing and sale of the portfolio. Sweetbay Capital intends to pursue a value-add strategy with both properties, including extensive interior and exterior renovations.
