Monday Properties Announces Senior Leadership Promotions and New Investment Hire

Monday Properties’ Growth Continues with Strategic Senior Leadership Promotions and New Investment Hire

Monday Properties, a dynamic real estate investment firm and industry-leading developer, today announced the promotions of Alexandra Young to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Cliff Cummings to Senior Vice President of Office Acquisitions and Capital Transactions. The firm also welcomed Stan Salomon as Director of Asset Management and Investment Management.

As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Alex leads the strategy, development, and execution of all corporate marketing and public relations initiatives. She serves as the critical advisor on all property marketing, branding initiatives and promotion materials for the firm’s collective multifamily and office portfolio. Alex’s promotion follows her influential role on milestone projects, including the launch of MondayVR, successful placemaking efforts at The Blake, a new multifamily development in Alexandria, VA, and the revamp of the corporate website. In her new role, Alex will continue to advise, manage, and lead cutting-edge marketing and public relations initiatives to ensure continued visibility of best-in-class deliverables.

Cliff was promoted to Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Transactions, where he leads real estate transactions to develop, expand, and sustain Monday Properties’ diverse portfolio of office and mixed-use assets. During his two years at Monday Properties, Cliff has been an essential component of the firm’s strategic office portfolio expansions, including the acquisitions of Park Plaza I and II, 3141 Fairview Park, and Three Ballston Plaza.

“Key leaders like Alex and Cliff are fundamental for Monday Properties’ strategic vision,” said Timothy Helmig, Managing Partner at Monday Properties. “We are proud of the work they have accomplished thus far and look forward to their continued success; they have proven themselves as immensely valuable members of the team.”

Continuing the company’s expansion, Stan Salomon is joining Monday Properties as Director of Asset Management and Investment Management. In this role, Stan is responsible for supporting the execution of asset business plans and operational strategies for the firm’s office and multifamily portfolios. Stan’s hire follows the high-profile addition of Paul Vosper to the firm’s executive team.

“We’re also excited to have Stan Salomon join the team, bringing over 15 years of experience spanning a variety of asset classes,” said Helmig. “Bringing Stan onboard, along with these promotions, reflects how important they are to our vision and our future.”
