Paul Giroux Joins Academy Securities as Managing Director of Credit Sales

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Academy Securities, a registered broker-dealer, certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, and Minority Business Enterprise, today announced the addition of Paul Giroux as Managing Director of Credit Sales. 

Mr. Giroux is an industry veteran with over forty-two years of financial services experience. He brings to Academy tremendous expertise in all aspects of fixed income credit markets including investment grade, high yield, emerging markets, and structured credit products. Mr. Giroux started his career at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup in fixed income sales and subsequently held positions at BlackRock as a Director in ETF sales, FTN Financial as SVP investment grade credit sales, and finally as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at First Empire Asset Management and Dinosaur Financial Group.
