Planit’s Multi-Industry Mastery Earns 18 ADDYs At The Baltimore American Advertising Awards

Baltimore-based advertising agency, Planit, was honored with 18 awards, the most awards received by an entrant in this year’s competition, at the 49th Annual American Advertising Awards gala on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Planit’s award-winning creative spanned multiple industries and disciplines, featuring creative work in healthcare, cannabis, advertising, education and building products.

The Baltimore American Advertising Awards, also known as the ADDYs, is hosted by the American Advertising Federation of Baltimore (AAFB) and pays tribute to the region’s most talented marketing and communications professionals. The event, themed “Lights. Camera. ADDYs.” was hosted at the historic Senator Theatre in downtown Baltimore and welcomed 240 local professionals to the celebration.

This year the AAFB awarded 110 ADDYs, of which 97 were silver and 13 were gold, to local agencies, production houses and in-house marketing teams. To ensure fair judging, three creative advertising professionals from outside of the Baltimore market reviewed each entry. Gold award entries will automatically move on to the regional competition to compete with agencies from Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
