Net at Work, a New York-based technology and business consultancy, acquired Innovation ERP, a Sage X3 and Sage 300 consulting firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Net at Work will expand reach of its Sage practices and its comprehensive portfolio of solutions. The transaction deepens Net at Work’s bench of experienced Sage ERP business technology consultants and provides Innovation ERP clients with direct access to a complete range of next generation technologies and services including: customer relationship management (CRM), Employer Solutions, eCommerce, Managed IT and Cloud Hosting services. Innovation ERP’s team will join Net at Work, assuring seamless transition for company’s clients.
