Eckert Seamans Welcomes Newark Associate Jhonattan Gonzalez to Mass Tort Litigation Practice

National law firm Eckert Seamans has added Jhonattan Gonzalez as an Associate in the Mass Tort Litigation practice. He joins the firm’s Newark office from White and Williams LLP.

Gonzalez represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters including ERISA, insurance, healthcare, general liability, and asbestos. He has experience with discovery and document production, pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, settlement memoranda, and coverage opinion letters. Gonzalez has also performed extensive research and drafted memoranda on a variety of complex substantive and procedural matters. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Gonzalez’s arrival follows the addition of a number of other attorneys across the firm’s platform, including Josh Boyle and Bryant Eng in Philadelphia, Amanda Geary in Washington, D.C, Ted McDonough in Princeton, and Kim Tague in Pittsburgh.

Eckert Seamans’ Mass Tort Litigation group defends clients in mass tort lawsuits arising from environmental and occupational exposure to chemicals and other substances.
