Akerma’s Associates Jasmine Pitt, Alexis Suh Named LCLD Pathfinders

Akerman is proud to announce Jasmine Pitt and Alexis Suh have been named Pathfinders by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). LCLD’s Pathfinder program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts. The seven-month program is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.

Pitt is based in the firm’s Winston-Salem, North Carolina office where her practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience analyzing and navigating business disputes, general liability, insurance defense, and contract disputes. Her clients include credit unions, small and medium-sized businesses, and insurance companies. She also has experience handling appellate matters.

Suh Alexis Suh is a Real Estate lawyer based in Atlanta. Her work includes real estate finance, real estate capital markets, structured finance, and financial services. Suh also has experience reviewing and drafting loan terms in connection with a variety of financing transactions.

The LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
