CREW Miami Announces March 15 Lunch Program, “Retail Renaissance” What Makes the South Florida Retail Market So Strong?

CREW Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women Miami) announces its March Lunch Program, “Retail Renaissance: What Makes the South Florida Retail Market So Strong?” The event will take place on Wednesday, March 15 from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, 3000 Florida Ave., Coconut Grove, FL, 33133.

A panel of experts will discuss the current state of South Florida retail, including what new tenants are entering the market and what new projects are transforming the way we live. The discussion will begin with a leasing update and the latest in retailer expansions before taking a deep dive into strategies developers and leasing agents are using to attract new to market tenants.
