The Peabody Companies Names Katrina Pavetto VP Of Administration & Compliance Department

The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, today announced Katrina Pavetto as vice president of the recently renamed Administration & Compliance Department, formerly known as the Compliance Department.

In this enhanced role, Pavetto serves as the designated Fair Housing Officer, Section 504/The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for the firm. In addition, she is the main point of contact for questions/concerns related to Resident Selection Criteria, Affirmative Fair Marketing, and Language Access Plans. Pavetto is also the Pre-Criminal Determination Hearing Officer for the organization as well as the Regulatory Agency lead contact for state agencies, in addition to several administrative functions.

Portfolio Compliance Director Kim Page has also assumed additional responsibilities within the recently renamed department and now facilitates the firm’s annual financial audit, assists with audits of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties, and coordinates the remote file review for non-HUD properties, among other duties.
