Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Returns For Sixth Edition

Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary (PBM+C), presented by Art Miami, returns for its sixth edition Thursday, March 23 through Sunday, March 26, 2023 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. PBM+C brings world-class, internationally respected galleries showcasing investment-quality works from the 20th and 21st centuries from Austria, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, Columbia, Venezuela and the United States, to one of the most culturally savvy and discerning collecting audiences in the world.

The fair will open with an exclusive, invitation-only VIP Preview benefiting the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens on Thursday, March 23, 2023 and will kick-off with the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Palm Beach’s own Frances Fisher, a renowned philanthropist and advocate for the arts. For the past 25 years, Frances Fisher has been dedicated to the growth and betterment of the Palm Beach community, and keeping Palm Beach’s connection to the arts alive. Previous PBM+C Lifetime Achievement Award recipients include photographer Harry Benson, South Florida arts and culture advocate Rena Blades, artist Bruce Helander, and philanthropist Beth Rudin De Woody. Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens will once again serve as a satellite venue for the fair and in celebration of Women’s History Month, Long-Sharp Gallery presents sculptHER, an innovative exhibit featuring works by four female sculptors: Julia Ibbini, Nicole Pietrantoni, Cha Jong Rye, and Miriam Londoño. The exhibit will debut March 22 through June 2023.

“We are delighted to once again welcome the art world to Palm Beach,” shares Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary Director Nick Korniloff. “With every passing year, the fair’s reach evolves as the lens of collectors, celebrities and art world luminaries focus on Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. The fair’s impact continues to expand and flourish as we enter what is guaranteed to be a monumental sixth edition.”

Beginning Friday, March 24, the Fair will open to the public to discover and view leading international galleries showcasing an array of world-class, investment-quality works.
