More than 200 guests attended, including public officials, top executives from Newgard, Cervera, project interior designer INC and project architect Arquitectonica, and a who’s who of Miami luxury real estate agents.

During the event, Newgard CEO Harvey Hernandez, Cervera Real Estate Managing Partner Alicia Cervera Jr., Arquitectonica Founding Principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia and INC Founding Partner Drew Stuart spoke to the large crowd about the vision for LOFTY. The office of Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava presented Hernandez with a special certificate to commemorate the project launch and recognize Newgard’s long-term impact on the city’s skyline.
