Freudenheim Partners announced that Arkea Bio Corp. (ArkeaBio), a pioneer in developing technology to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the agricultural sector, has relocated and expanded at 500 Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown. The company will be occupying a 12,461 SF sublease on the third floor of 500 Rutherford Avenue.
Ellie Cullinan represented the tenant, ArkeaBio, while Carolyn Wheatley and Zach Gramlich of JLL represented the sublandlord in the transaction.
