Miami-based law firm Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP (LKLSG) is pleased to announce that attorney Marcelo Diaz-Cortes has been promoted to Partner of the firm. Mr. Diaz-Cortes is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitral tribunals. Since originally joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Diaz Cortes has represented clients—from individual investors to Fortune 500 companies—in various high-stakes disputes.

Mr. Diaz-Cortes’s areas of experience include complex commercial litigation, class actions, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, receivership, and appeals. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
