Ms. Snyder specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions. She is well versed in pre-contract due diligence, including the essential review of offering plans, financial statements, and co-op/condo board minutes. Ms. Snyder also has valuable experience in co-op/condo board representation and litigation matters.
A member of the bar in New York, Ms. Snyder is a graduate of Temple University and received a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School.
