Leigh Brown to be Installed as 2023 NC REALTORS President

Concord REALTOR® Leigh Brown will be installed as the 2023 president of the NC REALTORS® during a ceremony in Concord on Thursday, January 26.  Brown’s theme for her presidency reflects this commitment: “We Open Doors.” It signals the continuing REALTOR® commitment to fair housing, homeownership and protecting the rights of property owners across the state.

“My goal this year is that all REALTORS® embrace the opportunity to let the public know that we also open doors to education, fair housing, entrepreneurial opportunity and stronger communities,” Brown said. “We serve every neighbor in every one of our 100 counties in some way, and I am so proud of our members for their past, present and future work.”

Brown stated she is genuinely honored to be President of NC REALTORS®, North Carolina’s largest trade association, and to serve every citizen of North Carolina through real estate and advocacy for this great profession. She has carved a unique path as an author, public speaker and real estate professional known and respected in her home community and throughout North Carolina. A proud native of Cabarrus County and UNC graduate, she is the third generation of her family to work in the real estate industry.

“Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her commitment to public service is second to none. She is passionate about helping others learn, grow and achieve their full potential as community and professional leaders,”  said Andrea Bushnell, NC REALTORS® CEO.
