Halloran Farkas + Kittila Adds Partners, William Green, Jr. and James Hodge

WILMINGTON, Del.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Halloran Farkas + Kittila LLP today announced the addition of two partners, William E. Green, Jr. and James Hodge, to its Business, Real Estate, and Arbitration Services and Litigation Practices.

William E. Green, Jr. joined the Delaware Office as Counsel with a concentration in complex corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery related to mergers and acquisitions, director and officer liability, stockholder suits, and business valuation matters involving Delaware corporations and limited liability companies, and securities regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining HFK, Mr. Green served for nearly a decade in the Investor Protection Unit of the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division of the Delaware Department of Justice where he represented the State of Delaware in administering and enforcing securities laws in administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings. Before that, he practiced commercial litigation focused on the internal governance of Delaware business entities at the Delaware firms Potter Anderson & Corroon, and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnel. We are thrilled and honored to promote Mr. Green as Partner to the firm.

James Hodge joined the Jackson Office with extensive experience in selected small to mid-market companies, trusts, families and individuals in the formation, operation and management of their businesses, with an emphasis on their complex business and real estate transactions. He also arbitrates and mediates with the American Arbitration Association.

In 2004, Mr. Hodge began private practice as James. B. Hodge, Attorney at Law, in Jackson, Wyoming. Before opening his own firm, from 1981-2004 Mr. Hodge served many roles with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Los Angeles, including Equity Partner Resident, Managing Partner, Firm Business Development Coordinator and Member of Professional Personal Committee and Corporate and Real Estate Departments in its San Francisco office. Prior to that, Mr. Hodge was Founder and Managing Partner of Hodge, Buchannan, Falik & Dupree, and its predecessors from 1974-1981. Mr. Hodge began his law career with Morrison & Foerster, LLP, in San Francisco as an Associate in the Business Department from 1971-1974.
