WCRE proudly announces the hiring of Grace LaDelfa as Property Manager to help accelerate and expand the firm’s facilities and property management growth in the Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey region.
Grace’s prior work experience is in a variety of industries – legal, energy, international business, and commercial real estate. These skill sets have provided Grace with a diverse background and knowledge, which assist her in all facets of business. Grace will also be able to utilize her prior commercial real estate experience to support the WCRE Brokerage & Advisory Team.
Prior to joining WCRE, Grace managed a portfolio of commercial real estate in the Southern New Jersey region, while also handling all marketing initiatives for the properties, including strategic research, demographic analysis, social media, and digital advertising. Most recently, Grace worked with Star Real Estate and EUS International, where she held the position of Property Manager and Business Development Specialist.
Grace is also actively involved in the community and is affiliated with Special Olympics, Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Prior to Grace’s professional work career, she attended Ursinus College and was a star athlete for the Ursinus Women’s Volleyball team.
