Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following recent lease transactions in the HamptonRoads area: 

Operation Blessing Int’l renewed its lease of 65,000 square feet of industrial space at 907 Live Oak Drive in Chesapeake, VA. Christine M. Kaempfe, CCIM, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

SEACOAST leased 33,000 square feet of industrial space at 1112 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake, VA. Brett Sain handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant; William C. Throne, CSCMP, CCIM, SIOR, also with Thalhimer, represented the landlord. 

J & F Alliance Group, Inc. leased 10,000 square feet of office space at 438 McLaws Circle Drive in Williamsburg, VA. Andy Dallas, CCIM, SIOR and Robert L. Phillips, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. 

Bon Secoursrenewed its lease of 7,895 square feet of retail space at Chilled Ponds, 1416 Stephanie Way, in Chesapeake, VA. Christine M. Kaempfe, CCIM, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord; Rob Wright, also with Thalhimer, represented the tenant. 

Texas Roadhouse leased 7,575 square feet of retail space for their Bubba’s 33 concept at Chesapeake Square, 4120 Portsmouth Boulevard, in Chesapeake, VA. Site work has begun, and Bubba’s 33 will open later this year. David Machupa and Ed Kimple handled the site selection for the tenant and Eric Stanley represented the landlord. 

Child Development Resourcesrenewed its lease of a total of 6,232 square feet of office space at Packets Executive Center, 210-A, 210-C, and 212 Packets Court in Williamsburg, VA. Andy Dallas, CCIM, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. 

NextHome Realty leased 3,490 square feet of flex space at 2421 Bowland Parkway in Virginia Beach, VA. Brett Sain handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. 

Mr. Kabob renewed its lease of 3,360 square feet of retail space at 4132 W Mercury Blvd. in Hampton, VA. Kenneth D. Penrose, Jr. handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. 

Touch of Class Construction Corp. renewed its lease of 3,200 square feet of office space at 817 48th St in Newport News, VA. Clay Culbreth handled the lease negotiations on behalf of both the landlord and the tenant.
