In a show of growth for its Philadelphia market, Tompkins Community Bank has appointed Angelo Ramirez to senior vice president, regional market leader. Ramirez has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, previously serving as a vice president and commercial relationship manager at Provident Bank. In his new role, Ramirez will be responsible for providing high-level relationship management to various clients and for growing portfolios in a competitive and demanding marketplace through cross-selling and cultivating new clients using a needs satisfaction approach.

Prior to his role with Provident Bank, Ramirez served in senior leadership and relationship manager positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Priority Bank and Citizens Bank, where he developed and managed the growth of various portfolios of commercial loans and deposit relationships. In addition to his two decades of experience, Ramirez also has accreditation from the Citizens Bank Commercial Credit Training Program. A graduate of Temple University and a recipient of an M.B.A. from Eastern University, Ramirez currently resides in Richboro.
