BCDC, a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in development, pursuit capital and brokerage services, today announced the appointment of Gardiner Thompson as Executive Vice President.

Thompson joined the senior leadership team in the strategy and execution of investments, partner relationships, legal matters, debt and equity financings and dispositions.
He formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel with Novare Group, where he led the firm’s finance, asset management, operational and legal teams and executed joint venture and construction financings for more than 11,500 multifamily units with project costs in excess of $2.5 billion primarily in the Sunbelt region.
