MessageGears Raises $62M In Funding

MessageGears, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of a customer engagement platform for big consumer brands, raised $62M in funding.

The round was led by Long Ridge Equity Partners with participation from Argentum Group and Atlanta Ventures. Alongside the investment, Angad Singh of Long Ridge has joined MessageGears’ Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate innovation of its technology platform, with an emphasis on bolstering its mobile channel capabilities, expanding its global presence, and opportunistically exploring acquisitions that align with its vision for the future.

Led by CEO Roger Barnette, MessageGears provides a data-connected customer engagement platform delivering advanced customer segmentation and message personalization. Through direct data access and innovative capabilities, marketers can deliver compelling customer experiences at massive scale, faster and flexibly.
