The award-winning Halpern Team led by Steve Halpern, a founding agent at Compass, announces the sales launch at Lexè (669 Saint Marks Ave), the premier earth-friendly new development in Crown Heights. While passive homes are not new to the greater New York area, few are officially certified. The Lexè secured passive house certification, which dramatically minimizes energy consumption for heating and cooling by 90 percent.
