Deltek wrapped up its annual customer conference – Deltek ProjectCon, held November 15-18, 2022 – with resounding success. While pandemic factors still played a role in attendance, Deltek gathered over 3,500 customers, product experts, employees, sponsors, partners and analysts. Deltek experts gave attendees a look under the hood into new products and innovations coming, and customers absorbed the knowledge and training that was offered over the 4-day event.

Customer feedback not only helps fuel innovation but is critical for Deltek to ensure it is building product capabilities that help customers deliver on their objectives. There are many ways companies obtain user feedback and capture what their customers would like to see in a product – and at Deltek ProjectCon, customers had an opportunity to provide that feedback in UX Labs, meeting with Deltek Experts 1:1, and attendees were able to test-drive the Ideas Portals that were launched earlier this year. The interactive Idea Portals are available for most Deltek solutions, with more scheduled to launch in the near future.
