DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Healthmine, a leader in technology-enabled member engagement and reward solutions for health plans, has appointed David DeWinter as Chief Product Officer. DeWinter brings extensive experience in engineering, product development and quality assurance to the company.

Over his fifteen-year career, DeWinter has established a strong technical and leadership background guiding engineering and product teams to exceed customer expectations. He joins Healthmine after working at Microsoft on Office 365 products to help commercial customers use the full potential of more than 30 applications and products. He has experience developing healthcare-related software for Extend Health.
DeWinter joins Healthmine during a period of great industry change as health plans grapple with shifting consumer mindsets, new regulations and a growing demand for equitable healthcare initiatives.

DeWinter has a master’s degree in Computer Science and is the founder of RowHero, an application that supports coaches and athletes in improving rowing performance.
