Fried Frank advised RXR in connection with a joint venture between the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Vantage, ATI, RXR and Jet Blue in the development of a new world-class international terminal at the John F. Kennedy airport. The development project will be completed in two phases, with opening plans for the first gate expected in 2026. The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
