Infinity Capital Partners Announces $100M Infinity RE Impact III

Infinity raises $100 Million for its third private real estate fund investing in affordable housing communities nationwide

Infinity Capital Partners, LLC via its real estate subsidiary, Infinity Real Estate Advisors II, LLC. ICP launched Infinity RE Impact III, LP in January of 2022. This is the third of a series of private real estate funds focused on value-add, multi-family affordable housing. The Fund’s strategy is to acquire and renovate both government subsidized and workforce housing properties across the United States. The Fund is intended for high net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors who are looking for a non-correlated, defensive real estate asset class. The Fund offers predictable annual cash yields and attractive IRRs relative to risk. ICP also maintains a deep commitment to socially responsible investment and governance and is proud of its accomplishments in this area.

ICP targeted $100MM in investor equity and will be following the same strategy of its two predecessor funds: Infinity RE Impact, LLC and Infinity RE Impact II, LLC. Combined, these first two funds own 30 properties, totaling approximately 3,500 units across 14 states. The strategy is led by Greg Jones who acts as the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager. “The global economy currently presents many uncertainties. I am excited to build our team, grow our track record, and provide access to a space we feel offers clients a defensive approach to investing in multi-family real estate,” said Mr. Jones when asked about the launch of Infinity RE Impact III, LP.

IREA II has assembled a team with significant experience and background in both subsidized and market rate, affordable multi-family housing. The team has deep relationships with stakeholders across the industry including local housing authorities and regional HUD offices. In addition, the team has significant background in underwriting, acquisitions, construction management and structuring complex subsidized multi-family financing.
