Creditntell, a Great Neck, NY-based information services and data analytics company, acquired MTN Retail Advisors, a Salt Lake City, UT-based provider of grocery retail research and data nationwide.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Creditntell will scale data collection and analysis services to include store-level estimated grocery sales data, providing an added advantage for its users. Doug Munson and John Tippetts, Principal Owners at MTN Retail Advisors, will join Creditntell’s executive team. They will also expand MTN’s advisory business, which provides deep-dive analysis services, to be accessible to Creditntell’s client-base.
