Rise Association Management Inks Lease Agreement in River Oaks Green

Colliers is pleased to announce the finalized lease of 7,794 square feet of office space at 3131 Eastside, Suite 100, in Houston, Texas. The lessor, Killam Development, was represented by Monte Calvert of Transwestern Real Estate Services. Ray Lopez of Colliers represented the lessee, Rise Association Management Group, in the transaction.

Rise Association Management Group, based in Houston, Texas, provides complete condominium management services. In addition, they provide management for townhomes, business plazas, mid-rises as well as high-rises. Founded in 2016, the company focuses on delivering measurable results that matter by applying focused resources to solve problems arising in association management.

The property is located in Houston’s Greenway Plaza office submarket, which contains 13.1 million square feet of office space. The submarket is 79 percent occupied and the average asking gross rental rate is $33.58 per square foot.
