ProsperStack, a Minneapolis, MN-based provider of cancellation flow software, raised $2M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Sandalphon Capital, with participation from Homegrown Capital, LAUNCH fund, Groove Capital, and Gopher Angels.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its business reach and development efforts.

The solution creates immediate return on investment with its setup, support, integrated and optimized tools. By adding a few lines of code, billing systems are integrated with the drop-in cancellation flow and the entire retention process is automated. The company serves customers in SaaS, newspaper, digital media, publishing, marketing, advertising, and IT & telecommunications industries.
Notable customers include Hootsuite, Roll20, SwingU, and Soundstripe.
