Colliers Announces Lease of ±10,000 SF Space in Houston, Texas

Colliers is pleased to announce the lease of a ±10,000 square foot building located at 1808 Jacquelyn Drive in Houston, Texas. The lessee, Super Auto Repair, was represented by Nizar Hathaf of PRG Realtors.  Ray Lopez and Ben Condara Colliers represented the lessor, Jaquelyn Realty Management, in the transaction.

Located in Harris County with easy access to Highway 290, Beltway 8 and I-10, the property contains one building on 19,371 square feet of land. It has an office/reception area, waiting room, bathroom as well as four grade-level doors and one paint booth.
