Native Realty, the industry disrupting real estate brokerage, is bringing another exciting food-and-beverage concept to Palm Beach County. Firm CEO
Jaime Sturgis, Sales Director Kaley Tuning and Senior Associate Sara Dorfman represented the brand-new AKA Hotel in downtown West Palm Beach in a lease with new restaurant concept EggBar.
EggBar, led by entrepreneur and business coach Roy Assad, is set to join popular wine bar The Blind Monk at AKA Hotel. Native oversees retail and restaurant leasing at the AKA Hotel, located at 695 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach FL 33401.
The new lease with EggBar is for a 1,800-square-foot space on the hotel’s ground floor. EggBar plans to offer a full breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menu with a robust wine selection. It operates with the mission to “elevate the egg.”
AKA Hotel is scheduled to open in December 2022. EggBar plans to open to customers in summer 2023.
“In just a few months, our team has activated the ground floor of downtown West Palm Beach’s newest hotel development with two food-and-beverage operators that guests, area residents, professionals and visitors will love,” Sturgis said. “EggBar is an exciting new concept that joins The Blind Monk, an established local favorite. Our team continues to focus on placemaking Palm Beach County neighborhoods with top-tier tenants, while also actively securing prominent investment sales assignments throughout the county.”
The 8-story AKA Hotel consists of 215 hotel rooms, with on-site parking for the retail and restaurant spaces. It benefits from proximity to Rosemary Square, City Place and the Brightline high-speed rail station connecting Palm Beach County with Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Native recently relocated its corporate headquarters to a new Fort Lauderdale office that is double the size of its previous headquarters. The 4,000-square-foot office is located at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in the city’s Victoria Park neighborhood.
