Native Realty Appoints Adriana Lilly As Vice President

Native Realty, the industry disruptor and neighborhood placemaker led by CEO Jaime Sturgis, continues to expand its team of talented and passionate brokers. In the latest example, experienced commercial real estate professional Adriana Lilly joined Native as Vice President.

Lilly brings substantial experience in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, including landlord and tenant representation in leases, investment sales and property management. She spent six years with South Florida brokerage Morris Southeast Group, most recently serving as Vice President at the firm.

In 2021, Lilly generated more than $50 million in investment sales and leasing volume. At Native, she will apply her dealmaking abilities on behalf of the firm’s clients throughout the tri-county area.

“Adriana is a tremendous addition to our expanding team,” Sturgis said. “Like her Native teammates, Adriana can deliver optimal results across all property types and submarkets. We look forward to supporting her with the technology, marketing and other tools that separate Native from other South Florida brokerages.”

Lilly graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Native now operates from a new Fort Lauderdale office that is double the size of its previous headquarters. The 4,000-square-foot office is located at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in the city’s Victoria Park neighborhood.
