G&A Partners Offers Cigna Master Health Plan to Florida Clients

G&A Partners, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, announced today that it will offer a Cigna master health plan to its PEO clients in Florida. With this move, G&A Partners will be the only PEO in Florida to offer a Cigna plan.

“By adding Cigna master health plans to our selections available in Florida, G&A is offering Florida small- and mid-size businesses the opportunity to access high-quality Cigna plans that traditionally cater to large-scale companies with 1,000 or more employees,” said Josh McIntosh, G&A Partners’ vice president of sales for Florida and Mid-Atlantic region.

The G&A-sponsored plan includes 14 different plans, including eight traditional Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, three high-deductible health plans (HDHPs), and three plans in the affordable Local Plus IN network. Employers can offer between three and five plan options to employees, with a minimum of two participating employees.

The Open Access Plus network offers employees who select the plan access to more than 1 million doctors and 6,300 hospitals across the country. Within the Local Plus plan, participants will have access to more than 350,000 provider partners and 1,300 hospitals. The Local Plus plan, the most affordable coverage option, do not require a designated primary care physician or a referral.

G&A Partners is a broker-friendly PEO that recently expanded into the Florida and mid-Atlantic region. G&A will open the Cigna National plan to life and health broker partners who will earn a commission when their clients choose G&A’s PEO services.
