This hotel, along with its recently updated structure, offers extensive luxury amenities for its guests and in all common areas: complimentary wi-fi, in-room mini fridge and coffee station, flat screen TV, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast, and on-site parking.
“We received double-digit offers throughout our marketing process and ultimately awarded the deal to a well-qualified, out-of-state buyer who had a short diligence period and closed the transaction in 45 days,” says Chase Dewese, senior associate.
