Nestled within the core of Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, Ellis Mass Timber provides the surrounding communities with an exemplary five-story, 105,000 square foot facility. Boldly committing to sustainable practices, this innovative building traps carbon in its timber structure, avoiding its emission into the environment.

Large swaths of glass drape the building’s exterior, taking advantage of solar gains while providing a stunning façade. Complimentary features including a textural sunshade brise soleil system, aiding energy efficiency by regulating the amount of direct sunlight and passive heat that enters the building. Underneath the structure, integrated below grade parking encourages walkability by providing easy access to nearby retail, hotel, and event offerings — deeply connecting the greater community.

Once completed in 2024, the elegantly landscaped lanes and walkways of the Village will link all parts of Ellis Preserve in a cohesive network bringing the office buildings, residential neighborhoods, dining/ hotel/ shopping destinations and amenity locations within walking distance.
