Transwestern Real Estate ServicesMid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group has arranged the sale of the 6-building, 250,588-square-foot Westech Portfolio in Silver Spring, Maryland’s White Oak submarket. The Westech Portfolio is in the heart of the White Oak micro-market in the North Silver Spring submarket, a targeted high-growth area of Montgomery County and an Opportunity Zone.
