Fall into October with Mount Pleasant Towne Centre’s Phenomenal Events Lineup

The Lowcountry destination invites the community to experience a variety of events all month long

It’s officially fall and Mount Pleasant Towne Centre is excited to celebrate October with a calendar full of community entertainment. Several fan-favorite events continue throughout the month, including Live Under The Oaks every Thursday, Play Dayz on Oct. 4 and Paws on the Patio on Oct. 13. Fitness lovers are invited to return for the fall SWEAT series with Athleta, and guests can get their hands on fresh apples when the Apple Truck Tour comes to Towne on Oct. 14.  Additionally, the annual Pink Promenade Catwalk + Cocktails will be returning for another year of fashion, fundraising and fun on Oct. 8 and expect plenty of fall activities during the Fall Festival on Oct. 29.

Play Dayz

Tuesday, Oct. 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at The Oaks, across from Barnes & Noble

Looking for something fun to do with your kids? Play Dayz will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 4 with this month’s theme, Fall Fun: Bubble Therapy and pedal powered Spin Art with Good Clean Fun, complete with arts and crafts, snacks from Holy City Popcorn, a bounce house, balloon animals and face painting. SWEAT Fitness Series with Athleta

Every Wednesday of the month on Oct. 5, 12, 19 and 26 from 6-7 p.m. at The Oaks

Mount Pleasant Towne Centre is back with the annual fall SWEAT Fitness Series with Athleta! Every Wednesday in October, guests can join a free workout class at The Oaks. This month’s classes will kick off on Oct. 5 with a strength-focused yoga class, and the rest of the month will feature Vinyasa yoga, kickboxing and a Halloween-themed WERQ class. Attendees will receive a special gift from the Towne Centre, as well as 20% off of one item from Athleta. Live Under The Oaks

Every Thursday of the month on Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 6- 8 p.m. at The Oaks

The beloved local live music series will return every Thursday night this month. Emceed by Johnny O’ of 95SX, the free outdoor concert series is jam-packed with live music, delicious food and fun with friends and family. This month’s spectacular lineup includes Reedy River String Band, Memphis Lightning, Trae and the T-Stones and The Wilson Springs Hotel. Pink Promenade Catwalk + Cocktails

Saturday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. under The Oaks

Mount Pleasant Towne Centre will once again be partnering with Roper St. Francis Healthcare to host the fourth annual Pink Promenade Catwalk + Cocktails event on Oct. 8. Purchase a ticket ahead of time to come enjoy the fun and fashion-filled day while honoring and supporting breast cancer survivors. Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails, brunch plates and entertainment, complete with two special runway fashion shows featuring cancer-survivor models dressed in styles from Towne Centre retail locations. Music will be provided by DJ Tantrum and local country artist Isabella Ullo. Guests will also receive shopping discounts with their ticket, usable in participating Towne Centre shops. All proceeds from Pink Promenade ticket sales will be donated to Roper St. Francis Foundation Breast Cancer Program. Paws on the Patio

Thursday Oct. 13 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Burtons Grill & Bar

Treat your pet to a special night at the Towne Centre! Charleston Animal Society, Burtons Grill & Bar and Mount Pleasant Towne Centre will be hosting the second Paws on The Patio night of the fall on Oct. 13. A $10 non-refundable donation is required to hold your space at the event, with proceeds directly benefiting Charleston Animal Society’s animals in need. For an additional $20 per person, guests will receive two drink tickets and tasty Burtons Grill & Bar appetizers. The Apple Truck Tour

The Apple Truck Tour will be delivering fall flavors to Mount Pleasant Towne Centre on Oct. 14! Make sure to place an order for fresh apples, apple cider or apple pie mix by Oct. 9 to treat yourself to a fresh and delicious snack. Fall Festival

Saturday, Oct. 29 from 12pm to 3pm at The Oaks

Mount Pleasant Towne Centre invites families, friends and furry friends to don their best costumes and come celebrate at the annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 29. Sponsored by South Carolina Federal Credit Union and New York Life | Walker Owen, the festival will take place from noon to 3 p.m. at The Oaks. Guests of all ages can enjoy live music under The Oaks, arts and crafts, an adorable pet costume contest, hilarious caricature paintings, balloon animals, face painting, bounce house, delicious bites from your favorite local food trucks and, of course, trick-or-treating for sweet surprises.
