Lyfegen Raises $8M in Series A Funding

Lyfegen, a Basel, Switzerland- and Newark, USA-based healthtech company, raised $8M in Series funding.

The round was led by aMoon, with additional participation from APEX Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand their presence in the US, partnering with both private and public healthcare insurance companies.

Led by CEO  Girisha Fernando, Lyfegen is an independent, global software analytics company providing a SaaS based value and outcome-based agreement platform for health insurances, pharma, medtech & hospitals around the globe. The secure platform identifies and operationalizes value-based payment models at scale using a variety of data and machine learning.

Lyfegen’s value-based contracting software is used by healthcare payers and leading pharma companies, including Novartis, Roche, MSD, Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) and Johnson & Johnson.
