Sthanki, in addition to Chris Gomes and Allan Miller had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, Hyde LLC, was secured by Matt Omansky, Gomes and Miller.
Comfort Inn & Suites–Baton Rouge Airport is located at 2949 Varsity Street in Baton Rouge. It is a three-story building consisting of 77 rooms, less than half a mile from Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport.
