Monarch in Tysons Offering Workforce Housing Condominium Units

Several moderate-priced condominiums in the stylish Monarch in Tysons, Virginia are now available for sale to qualified buyers who meet Fairfax County’s Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) program criteria. The eight WDUs– four studios and four one-bedroom units – are being marketed online and through advertising.

The WDUunits will vary in price for qualified buyers, depending on their income. Qualified applicants need to earn between 70 and 100 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Prospects are encouraged to register online at www.fairfaxcountygov/housing/homeownership for more information and to be placed on a priority preview list. They are also welcomed to tour a fully furnished and equipped model home at the Monarch.

The purchasing opportunity is unique in Fairfax, marking the Monarch as the first condominium property to welcome moderate-income buyers to the booming Fairfax real estate market.

Additional information on Monarch’s WDU program is available online at AffordableCondosTysons.com or by calling 703.734.2020. Sales appointments for qualified purchasers will begin this month. Monarch, which will also include 86 market-rate units, will deliver for occupancy in Spring 2023.
