Rosen, Sapperstein and Friedlander, LLC (RS&F) Tax Director Samantha Haines was selected as a recipient of The Daily Record’s 2022 Leading Women awards.
Haines was honored along with 39 other recipients at a reception and awards celebration on Wednesday, August 24 at Gertrude’s Restaurant at the Baltimore Museum of Art.
The Daily Record’s Leading Women awards honor women who are 40 years of age or younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. Winners were selected for the honor based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to inspiring change. This year’s honorees were selected by previous Leading Women and The Daily Record.
In her young career, Haines has already played a key role in RS&F’s success.As Tax Director, she helps businesses grow through tax compliance and consulting. She also helps businesses through challenging business transactions. Her clients also benefitted during the pandemic from her expertise, diligence, and creativity.

Haines was recently chosen by RS&F leadership to help the firm through a major succession transition as part of the Firm’s Advance Team. This leadership team was developed to help the firm transition from the founding partners to the next generation of leadership. As part of this initiative, they are working through many operational changes and much more that will impact the firm’s future. She was also chosen to lead the firm’s C3 initiative which focuses on enhancing the client experience client collaboration at the firm.
Haines is also a leader in the community. During her free time, she is involved in Autism Speaks. She also works with Towson University as a mentor through the MentHER program and promotes leadership to female business students.
