SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Andersen announces the addition of Managing Director Bob Crnkovich to the US National Tax (USNT) practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Bob has more than 40 years of experience in law and public accounting working with a broad range of public and private clients to navigate formation, acquisition, restructuring, and disposition transactions.
Bob joins Andersen from the IRS where he was Special Counsel in the office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, Internal Revenue Service. Bob also served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Treasury Department.

In addition to his experience in the government sector, Bob worked at several Big 4 firms in his career. He was a principal in the National Tax Partnership Groups at both EY and PwC. He was also an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center for over 30 years where he taught Advanced Partnership Taxation and a course on the taxation of private equity and hedge funds.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and JD from Marquette University, and his LLM from Georgetown University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
