Capital Funding Group Closes $18M For Refinancing Of Assisted Living And Memory Care Facility In California

Capital Funding Group (CFG) today announced the closing of a $18 million loan for the refinancing of a 99-bed assisted living and memory care facility, Brightwater Senior Living of Highland, in Highland, California. The transaction was executed on behalf of nationally recognized borrower, Brightwater Senior Living. Brightwater Senior Livingdeveloped the facility in 2014 and is the current owner-operator.
