Spiritus Law Managing Partner Steven Zelkowitz Appointed to the Board of Directors of Miami Symphony Orchestra

Managing Partner Steven W. Zelkowitz has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Miami Symphony Orchestra (MISO). MISO, now in its historic 31st season, is Miami’s hometown professional symphony and a valuable contributor to Miami’s cultural fabric. With 80 professional musicians selected from around the world, MISO represents the exceptional talent and diversity that mirrors South Florida’s international and multicultural richness. With national and world premieres becoming more common, MISO is a source of growing local pride and support.

Steven’s 30+ years of experience has allowed him to represent an array of foreign and domestic clients, including condominium and hotel developments and other major infrastructure construction projects, such as airports and sports complexes. He also has significant financial services representation for institutional and private lenders and borrowers. Additionally, Steven handles public/private partnership transactions that include large-scale transportation and public works projects, and businesses establishing in, and relocating to, Florida in leveraging tax and other financial incentives.
