MAG Capital Partners’ Suburban Fort Worth, Texas, Eight-Building Industrial Portfolio Attracts Multiple Acquisition Offers

Fort Worth, Texas-based MAG Capital Partners, LLC has sold an eight-building industrial portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth market to a private real estate fund.

Located at 5998 Eden Drive in Haltom City, Texas, the properties comprise a total of 139,150 square feet situated on 7.25 acres between downtown Fort Worth and DFW International Airport. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cody Payne, senior vice president at Colliers International in Fort Worth, represented MAG Capital Partners in the sale, which garnered multiple offers from investors eager for a foothold in a market where the industrial vacancy rate continues to tighten amid an above-average economic surge.

“A booming population and business-friendly climate have contributed to making DFW one of the best, if not the best, industrial sectors in the country in recent years,” said MAG Capital Partners Principal Dax T.S. Mitchell, a DFW local and seventh-generation Texan. “We look forward to adding industrial net-leased properties in DFW, and other key Texas and U.S. markets, to our investments.”

Earlier this year, the company sold a three-property, 320,852-square-foot portfolio located across Texas to an Israel-based real estate fund. In 2020, it sold a 126,000-square-foot industrial complex in Mansfield, a southern suburb of Fort Worth, to NexPoint, a Dallas-based alternative investment firm.
